BREAKING: I’m Disappointed In INEC –Obaseki

On Saturday, Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki expressed his dissatisfaction at the conduct of the Independent National Electoral Commission's ongoing elections to governorship within the state.

While talking to reporters after casting his vote at Polling Unit 19, Ward 4, Oredo Government District, Obaseki said he remained on the queue for more than one and a half hour because the cardboard reader was slow

The governor said he expected better planning by the electoral commission.

 Hoped INEC would be better prepared for this election. Before exercising my franchise, I waited for an hour and a half on the queue. It's a disappointing touch.

“Giving that this is often a sole day election, I expected better planning for this election. Card readers were very slow and that’s things everywhere.”
